RETURNS POLICY

  • Items that you would like refunded need to be returned in a sellable condition – unworn, tags attached, hygiene sticker (swimwear) still applied, within 14 days of receipt of your order.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund items that are damaged, soiled, or smelling of perfumes/ scents.
  • Clearance items, beauty, face masks & earrings are non-returnable.
  • We aim to process your return and refund you within 7-14 working days of having received the returned item(s). All returns will be refunded to the original payment method, and at the price they were purchased for.
  • Please note that any applicable delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Cash on delivery items will be store credit of exchange only.
  • Please be advised that as we offer FREE delivery, we do not cover the postage cost for returns.
  • To keep things simple, we kindly request that you arrange a courier to return your item(s) back to us. We will, of course, be on hand to advise you, and further details will be shared via email once you have completed the form on our Returns Portal.

    Faulty Items

    • Our warehouse team works hard to ensure all our products are thoroughly checked when packaging before they are sent to you, however some faults can unfortunately escape discovery. On the rare occasion that you receive a faulty item, an incorrect item, or an item of the wrong size, please contact us as soon as you can via our Returns Portal.
    • We reserve the right not to refund the item if we have not been informed of any faults prior to receiving the item(s) back.
    • All refunds are offered at the discretion of Alorabella once inspected. Although it is never our preference to do so, Alorabella reserves the right to refuse the refund of any item we suspect has been damaged, washed, worn, or used.

      How To Make a Return

      • Please complete the form on the Returns Portal of our website, providing your order number and reason for return.
      • We will then be in contact to provide further details on how to proceed.
