SHIPPING POLICY
UAE Shipping Policy:
- We provide our customers with FREE Next Day Delivery anywhere within the UAE if their orders are placed between Monday and Friday before 12:00, with orders being processed the same day.
- We also offer a Free Same Day Delivery service for Dubai only for orders add in over 500AED placed between Monday and Saturday before 16:00. "Orders after 16:00 will be delivered the following working day".
- All our parcels are packed carefully by our warehouse team in bespoke and durable Alorabella packaging and sealed with a sticker for added security.
- Our delivery partner is SkyNet Worldwide Express.
- When your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with tracking information where you can monitor the progress of your delivery – We are unable to provide specific timing information for the deliveries.
- If there is an issue with your delivery, or you have not received your parcel as or when expected, please email us at orders@alorabella.com quoting your order reference number. One of our team will be happy to help.
International Shipping Policy:
- We are currently offering International Shipping to the following countries:
- Europe: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
- GCC: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
- North America: Canada, Mexico and the United States of America.
- Oceania: Australia and New Zealand.
- Our delivery partner is SkyNet Worldwide Express.
- An email with tracking details will be sent when the order has been shipped.
- International orders can take between 3-7 business days for delivery.
- Duties and taxes are not included in the shipping price.
- Arabella Clothing Trading LLC is not responsible for any international duties and tax costs which may be charged upon arrival.
- Should items be returned to us for failure to pay duties and taxes, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Any post shipment services, such as a change of address or re-scheduling of delivery would be at the customers expense.
- Returns are accepted on qualifying full price and sale items within 14 days of purchase. Please see our Returns Policy for further information.
